Welcome to Conchal Fishing Charters and Sport Fishing!

Playa Conchal is a beach located near Brasilito, a small town about 8 miles north of Tamarindo, on the northwest Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Conchal fishing charters fish in the same offshore areas as trips leaving from Tamarindo, and fish inshore around the Catalina Islands.

Conchal sport fishing offers a great combination of inshore and offshore possibilities, with the continental shelf just 18 miles from shore, and the Catalina Islands just 5 miles. Sailfish, marlin, tuna and dorado are found offshore, and roosterfish, cubera snapper, jacks and other species are found inshore around the Catalina Islands.

Conchal’s main accommodation offering is the Paradisus Playa Conchal which is an expansive hotel/resort/golf course complex, located right on the beach. Conchal is a short taxi ride from the airstrip in Tamarindo, which is serviced with daily flights by Sansa and Nature Air.
